Now more than ever children need summer camp. With guidance and support from the camp admin, you could be the man to help the future generation find their confidence, independence and ability to be part of a larger community. Our mature, well-trained staff at William Lawrence Camp are dedicated to the safety, well-being, and positive growth of today’s youth. Led by a senior staff with professional experience in family counseling, social work, teaching, and healthcare, we boast a better than 3:1 camper to staff ratio. Our cabin leaders are chosen for their understanding of camp life, maturity, and ability to provide appropriate guidance for the many challenges that boys face today.

We are an all-boys residential camp in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. The combination of our beautiful, rural setting, multitude of camper activities, and extensive campus guarantees a camp experience that will create memories to last a lifetime. Our camp culture is one steeped in tradition focusing on Willingness, Loyalty, Comradeship and Sportsmanship. We are teaching boys to be men in an outdoor setting. Our campus is spread over 200 acres on the shores of Lower Beech Pond. We are a rustic camp, teaching outdoor skills so although each cabin group has their own four-walled cabin, there is no electricity within the cabins. We offer shower houses with electricity and running water.

The Cabin and Activity Leader position includes room and board for 9 weeks, starting June 12, 2021.

We are looking for staff for all activity areas including: challenge course, waterskiing, skeet shooting, riflery, archery, canoeing, woodworking, fishing, sailing, street hockey, wilderness skills, swimming, fly fishing and fly tying, lacrosse, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, off-site trips, kayaking and more.
