Hiring:
Outdoor Adventure Director
Oversees our Outdoor Adventure program. Our Outdoor Adventure program promotes a love for the outdoors, adventure and personal growth among our campers by helping them push themselves outside their comfort zones and take reasonable risks! Our outdoor programming consists of a low and high ropes course, team building activities, climbing wall & so much more. Previous ropes course experience is needed.
Area Directors are members of our "Leadership Team" and help to run our summer program, guide our staff and provide our campers with the best experience possible. They do not live in cabin with campers. Area Directors will leads, supervise and maintain their Department (ie. Outdoor Adventure, Special Areas, Athletics, etc) throughout the camp season. Our Area Directors provide staff training and facilitate curriculum planning during Staff Education week. They ensure equipment is inventoried, maintained, well taken care of and repaired when needed.
This role requires a high level of expertise, experience making lesson plans, supervising/guiding 8-10 staff and will be providing feedback to those staff members informally and formally throughout the summer.
Must have formal experience in the activity area, strong organizational skills, be a self-starter and above all, creative!
You will be instructing children ages 7-16 at all ability levels.
High Ropes Instructors
IDEAL CANDIDATES: College-aged young adults that enjoy working with, living with, and being role models for children, who additionally have advanced skills in specialized activity areas and can assist with the leadership of those programs.
Live in bunks with co-counselors and same-aged campers (group sizes of approximately 10-15).
Lead, support, and advocate for campers throughout their experience at camp.
During daytime schedule, assist with the leadership of specialized activities (while bunk counselors travel with campers to each activity) for campers in various types of groups (age, gender), and skill levels.
Specialized activity leadership is intended to teach skills, create a safe environment, and inspire high levels of fun and engagement for campers.
Receive guidance and support from exceptional specialized activity Area Heads, Division/Group Leaders, and Head Counselors to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Ropes Instructors must have experience in belaying, climbing and facilitating ropes courses.
Recreation Learning Outcomes:
Student interns will show understanding of outdoor leadership principles and begin to develop skills in decision-making, judgment, program design, and group facilitation.
Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate outdoor experiential education programs.
Provide input into the planning and design of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities, and the ability to operate such facilities in a safe and efficient manner
Mountain Bike Instructors
IDEAL CANDIDATES: College-aged young adults that enjoy working with, living with, and being role models for children, who additionally have advanced skills in specialized activity areas and can assist with the leadership of those programs.

Waterfront Director
Oversees our Waterfront and Motor Sports at a residential summer camp. Our Waterfront programs promotes a love for the water, adventure and personal growth among our campers by helping them push themselves outside their comfort zones and take reasonable risks! Our waterfront consists of our Aqua Park, Motor Boats, paddleboards, paddleboats, canoes, kayaks and corckles. Previous waterfront management is preferred.

We feel that being comfortable in a body of water is an essential life skill for children. Join our waterfront staff and teach our children the fundamentals of swimming and watch them flourish in the water. We follow the American Red Cross curriculum. As well as teaching swimming in our pool. (Lifeguard training on site). Make sure to check out our Aqua Park!

Watersports Instructor: Do you want to spend your summer out on the water, teaching what you love and love what your teaching? We instruct our campers in Waterski, Wakeboarding, Banana Boating and Tubing on our own private lake camp. We are looking for looking for responsible, fun and knowledgeable people who are looking to teach our campers about watersports.
