We are a 91-room, customer-focused, very busy, family-owned hotel in downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 

We are looking for an extremely detailed oriented, organized, friendly person to be part of our Front Desk / Guest Services team.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Interact with guests in person and over the phone

  • Be super friendly and put our guests' needs foremost

  • Be able to juggle a multitude of tasks at the same time

  • Get all tasks accomplished while constantly maintaining a guest focus

  • Be pleasant and friendly and helpful to our guests at all times

  • Check-ins and check-outs

  • Take and enter Telephone reservations

  • Concierge services

  • Balance cash and CC reports

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays and occasionally an overnight audit shift

  • Help with lots of special projects at the hotel (we are relatively small and we all wear many hats)

  • Help drive airport shuttle bus (must have a good driving record)

  • We help in all departments of the hotel

Must have:

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Guest focused personality

  • Very detail-oriented

  • Great work ethic

  • We focus on having friendly, nice, hardworking people as part of our team.

Housing is available:

Most of our housing units are dorm style studio apartments for two employees. We also have a few two bedroom apartments. You will be assigned a unit and another employee as a roommate. Rent is $650 per person and 1/2 the electric utilities - an amazing deal by Jackson standards.

We are a 91 room, very busy, family-owned hotel in downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 

Looking for an extremely detailed oriented, organized, friendly person to assist our Housekeeping Services operation.

Spanish language skills are helpful, but not required.

 

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Making sure all areas of our hotel are clean and sanitized, complying with CDC recommendations. This includes guest rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area, and other common areas

  • Assist with all aspects of our breakfast service, including preparing and serving food, cleaning and sanitizing tables between guests, washing dishes, etc.

  • Work in our laundry room, cleaning and folding sheets, towels, and blankets

  • Assisting guests and other employees by delivering supplies and linens, removing trash, vacuuming, setting up airbeds, etc.

  • Complete all tasks while always maintaining guest focus

  • Be pleasant and friendly and helpful to our guests at all times

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Help with lots of special projects at the hotel (we are relatively small and we all wear many hats)

Must have:

  • Guest focused personality

Housing is available:
Our housing is dorm style, shared with another employee. Housing will be free for the 6 week contract, including electric, cable, and internet.
