We’re hiring:

• Food Outlet Attendants –$13.00/hr

• Lead Food Outlet Attendants –$14.20/hr

• Food & Beverage Manager –$17.20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service including knowledge and explanation of menu items, taking orders, suggestive upselling techniques, and securing payment as required.

• Perform all cashiering duties in our stand-alone café properly

• Ensuring products are attractively displayed.

• Work espresso coffee bar, hot foods, and food prep as directed by managers.

• Assists with unloading of café food and merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Able to operate a cash register, handle cash accurately, open and close the store with or without assistance.

• Knowledge of all menus: specials, features, food, and beverages.

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of food & beverage procedures by completing the required training.

• Prior barista experience is helpful.

• Able to function with flexibility and courteous behavior in a high traffic seasonal food service operation.

Room & Board: Employees are housed just outside RMNP in the mountain town of Estes Park. There is a 22-mile drive each way to and from work in company-provided vehicles.

We’re Hiring:

• Retail Associates -$13.00/hr

• Lead Retail Associates -$14.20/hr

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Retail associates provide excellent guest service for all, greet and check out guests with a smile, and operate POS units.

• Perform all cashiering duties in our stand-alone retail shop properly.

• Stock merchandise as necessary, making sure all displays are kept stocked, neat and clean within the guidelines of the Retail Visual Merchandise Manual.

• Assist in unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring the selling floor is well organized and clean.

Qualifications:

• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Able to operate a POS system, handle cash accurately, open and close the store with or without assistance.

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of retail procedures by completing the required training.

• Able to function with flexibility and courteous behavior in high traffic, seasonal retail operation.

PAY: $14.20 / hour

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Accept responsibility for receiving, storing, and issuing all product

• Accurately sort and store all inventory.

• Maintain accurate logs and records to track and account for all merchandise as it is received or shipped.

• Inspect all merchandise as it is received to ensure all is in good and usable condition, proper quantity count, and invoiced according to purchase order.

• Scan all product to ensure accuracy in POS system.

• Accurate communication with retail manager essential.

• Process vendor returns and store transfers.

• Unload product from delivery truck and direct where it needs to be stored.

• Assist in gift shop physical inventory, product transfers, and RTVs.

• Maintain a safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of all products stored in warehouse.

• Strong computer skills needed using Mi9 XEIS computer systems. Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus.

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of retail procedures.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Able to function with flexibility and courteous behavior in a high traffic seasonal retail operation.

• Must possess a non-CDL valid driver’s license and a clean record.

PAY: $16.20

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of cook lines and appropriate prep areas.

• Preparing employee meals in a timely manner, maintaining all sanitation requirements. Cleaning, and restocking the kitchen and employee dining room.

• Menu planning may be a possibility.

• Read and follow any given recipe with consistency and accuracy each time.

• Perform all duties in an efficient and productive manner with little to no supervision.

• Adhere to and understand ServSafe standards and practices

• Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.

• Develop and maintain positive communication andteamwork with all co-workers and supervisors.•Work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous line or batch cooking experience.

• ServSafe certification a plus.

• Knowledge of HACCP

• Must understand FIFO (First InFirst Out) procedures.

• Working knowledge of all equipment used within the food and beverage operation.

• Knowledge of basic sanitation and kitchen equipment skills.

• Comprehending and extending/converting recipes.

• Be able to perform all daily cleaning assignments as scheduled by supervisor.

• Ability to follow directions.

• Amenities included are beds, dressers, tables, a small refrigerator, and a microwave.

• No pets or smoking allowed inside dorms.

• The Employee Dining Room (EDR) serves cafeteria-style meals that include a hot entree and side dishes, sandwiches, salads, fruits, cereals, and beverages.
