Hiring:

 

Outdoor Adventure and High Ropes Director


 

Salary & Dates:

$4000 plus:

  • Private, air-conditioned room with private bathroom

  • All meals included (cooked by our Private Chef)

  • Access to camp facilities and activities during downtime

Dates: June 15 through August 1, 2025

Description:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 college aged staff 

  • Run our Adventure program which includes a climbing tower, aerial tree top adventure park, slingshot swing, 500 foot Zipline, and low ropes challenge course 

  • All staff (including Adventure Director) will receive training during orientation by ACCT certified instructors. 

  • Helps to develop curriculum and creates lesson plans with staff

  • Leads or oversees instruction of activity

  • Ensures equipment is inventoried and well-maintained

  • Provides constant feedback to staff and conducts two formal written evaluations with corresponding face-to-face coaching sessions

  • Work collaboratively as part of our Leadership Team with an “all hands on deck” mentality - sometimes that means taking part in evening programs, while other times it means handing out candy at canteen (and everything in between!)


 

Waterski Director


 

Salary & Dates:

$4000 plus:

  • Private, air-conditioned room with private bathroom

  • All meals included (cooked by our Private Chef)

  • Access to camp facilities and activities during downtime

Dates: June 14 through August 1, 2025

Description:

  • Manage a team of 3-4 college aged staff 

  • Run our Waterski Program which includes waterski, kneeboarding, wake boarding, Slalom Ski, tubing all on our private 17-acre, spring fed lake

  •  All staff (including Waterski Director) will receive American Red Cross lifeguard training during orientation

  • Will receive Pennsylvania Boating License before camp begins

  • Previous jetski towing skillset ideal

  • Leads or oversees instruction of activity

  • Ensures equipment is inventoried and well-maintained

  • Provides constant feedback to staff and conducts two formal written evaluations with corresponding face-to-face coaching sessions
