Adventure Guides / Support Staff

Our guide positions encompass Jeep, Side-By-Side, ATV, Fishing, and Snowmobile activities. Our year-round, professional guides are CPR and First Aid certified. If you are interested in pursuing your dreams with Nova Guides, we’d love to hear from you.

  • 21+ years old

  • Basic 1st aid and CPR

  • Clean Driving Record

  • Great Customer Service Skills

  • Knowledge of basic mechanical operation of snowmobiles

  • Provide guests with safety and operating instructions

  • Curtail guest experience to guests driving abilities to ensure safety

  • Provide knowledgeable information about the area, wildlife, history, and snowmobiles

  • Assess equipment for pre-existing damage prior to departure

  •  Assess equipment for new damage upon guests return.

  • Provide correct equipment for guests (Helmets, snowsuits, snow boots, goggles, gloves etc.)

  • Assist in rescues of customers and equipment

 

Reservations Staff

Answer incoming telephone calls with professionalism, compassion, and understanding

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/hospitality

  • Detail Oriented and able to multitask with high proficiency

  • Dependable and able to work flexible schedule (weekends and holidays)

  • Transfer calls, take messages, direct calls to appropriate staff within the company

  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of day to day tasks, scheduling, reports, and information

  • Data entry of day to day reports and invoicing

Restaurant – Front of House

Take customer orders, relay to kitchen, serve food when ready.

  • Previous restaurant/bar experience preferred, and TIPS certified

  • Understand Point of Sales operating system for collecting payment

  • Keep dinning area and bar clean (Bussing tables, vacuuming etc.)

  • Keep dinning area and bar stocked with necessary supplies

  • Assist chef with inventory and food orders / process deliveries


 

Restaurant – Cook/Chef
