Hiring:
Group Leaders
Work as a member of our leadership team while supervising counselors and taking care of a group of campers.
Must be 18 or older with one year of college or work experience.
We offer a competitive salary package including a travel stipend, housing and meals/snacks. Bryn Mawr is less than 3 hours from New York City and Philadelphia.
Cabin Specialists
Participate in all aspects of the program with campers and share in the excitement of daily life at camp.
Must be 18 or older with one year of college or work experience.

Specialty Counselors
Adventure (Rock Climbing, Ropes), Arts & Crafts, Archery, Aquatics (lifeguard certified or we will certify!) Basketball, Ceramics, Cooking, Fine Arts, Fitness, Lake, Softball, and Photographers.

Adventure Program Director
Our adventure program area has 12 elements including 2 zip lines, a 40' climbing wall, a giant swing, and an indoor climbing wall.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and maintain our Adventure Program throughout the summer.
Lead staff training during orientation.
Develop daily lesson plans.
Supervise 8-10 staff

Lake Bryn Mawr Camp is a traditional, overnight, all girls camp in Honesdale, PA. with a focus on empowering girls, building their self-esteem and encouraging personal growth. With all that is going on right now with the Covid crisis, everyone needs camp in their lives!
Our camp family is energetic and spirited. We share our love of camp every day by singing, cheering, wearing green and gold and participating in traditional camp events like Color War, Olympics, Wacky Wednesdays, Gold Rush and Talent Shows. Of course, we can't forget the S'mores at our Campfires!
We rely on a staff of enthusiastic, motivated and skilled women and men from all over the world who love camp, enjoy working with girls, and have passions they want to share.
Our counselors are college students, educators, athletes, artists, and performers age 19 or older. Join us for a summer of a lifetime!
