Hiring:

Our Leadership Training Program is a unique 3 summer opportunity for campers in the 10-12th grade. Campers learn leadership skills, how to teach activities and 21st century job skills. Many campers in this program go on to be staff.

We are lucky to work with an incredible group of 15-17 year olds, many whom go on to be staff at Kennolyn. Support the counselors of these campers by leading opportunities for growth, organizing off site trips and supporting the teens going through this program. Dates of employment: May 31 2023 to August 13 2023

Overseeing all aspects of our aquatics programs including pool swim, lessons, and beach field trips. Must be certified lifeguard with WSI (or ability to obtain).  Dates of employment: May 31 2023 to August 13 2023. 

Be the leader of our counselor team. Inspire, encourage, and train enthusiastic counselors.  In this role you can stay connected to the campers through activities that you teach but you have the chance to develop management skills as well, working as part of our experienced team of leaders.  Must have a minimum of 2 years sleepaway camp experience or similar leadership experiences.  Dates of employment: May 31 2023 to August 13 2023.

Counselor position pay starting at $5270 summer salary. Leadership staff starting at $5720 summer salary. Food and housing included!
