Guest Service and Front Desk Team

• Be the greeters, problem-solvers, and sales force of all HAP Alaska hotel operations.

• Provide excellent service, apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information all while you provide the best experience possible for our visitors.

• Promote our amazing excursions to our guests; we offer a wide variety of options including whitewater rafting, cultural events, and flightseeing. You may get to go on these tours yourself!

Bell Staff and Luggage Team

• Ensure sure all their packed belongings arrive to their new home-away-from-home.

• Work together as a team to collect, load, and disperse luggage daily to ensure our guests’ belongings follow them on their Alaskan journey!

• Build relationships with other departments at the hotel and help when needed.

Housekeeping Team

• Take great pride in positively contributing to a once-in-a-lifetime trip for our guests.

• Provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests and team members, ensuring that all our visitors have a clean home-away-from-home. 

• Work together in a diverse group of inspiring and passionate individuals who have fun working together daily.

Public Areas Team

• Set the tone for the overall guest experience for the entire property.

• Provide excellent customer service and location information for our guests.

• Work together in a diverse group of inspiring and passionate individuals who have fun working together daily.

Retail Team

• Guide guests towards the perfect gift to take home, whether it’s celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or “just because.”

• Promote new and one-of-a-kind souvenirs in a fun and eye-catching way!
