Flight Coordinator

General Description:
Answer phones and schedule flights
Complete passenger manifests for all passenger flights
Flight follows all company aircraft using company radios, telephones, and satellite tracking
Maintain flight following log on all radio communication with company aircraft
Monitor freight and baggage for hazardous materials and assist customers with completion of HAZMAT forms
Follow instructions contained in the Operations Manual and the EAP for overdue aircraft
Post current weather and disseminate any significant changes that may occur throughout the day
May initiate and terminate flights
Assist pilots in determining en-route and destination
Job Expectations:

Requirements:
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, Hazardous Materials Regulations, Operations Manuals, and SMS Manuals a plus
Flight following experience is a plus
Ability to obtain an airport badge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Compensation:
$27-$29/hour DOE
Seasonal housing provided
Up to 5% bonus based on performance, attendance and attitude; paid out at end of contract
Up to $500 travel stipend, paid out at end of contract
What YOU Need:
- 18+ years old with High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to obtain airport badge with driver certification
- Customer service experience
Job Type:
- Full Season (April 21, 2025 through October 8, 2025)
- Peak Season (Mid May 2025 through Mid August 2025 (50% - 75% of season))
- Partial Season (Less than 50% ( dates vary))
- Full time workers can generally expect 40-50 hours per week (may vary slightly due to inclement weather/ outside peak season)
- Part time workers can generally expect 20-30 hours per week (may vary slightly due to inclement weather/ outside peak season)
