Adventure Guides
Are you a climber, mountain biker, paddler, etc who wants to spend your summer in the outdoors rather than in an office? We are looking for skilled staff who can teach, coach and instruct in these areas, while also guiding overnight camping experiences and adventures. We look for staff members who love spending time teaching, bonding and mentoring children and are open to meeting new people and having new experiences.
Staff are hired from around the world, and you will be surrounded by people with similar interests and passions. You will work alongside numerous ropes course instructors and outdoor adventure specialists to run one of the leading outdoor adventure programs in the camp world. Ropes Course Facilitator
At Camp IHC, we’re looking for beginner and experienced facilitators that want to create a challenging and safe summer for our campers. During the season, your days will vary between belaying on the IHC tower, a 40ft 3-sided climbing structure with rock climbing and multi-climbing challenges, facilitating a 5 stage 1200ft Zip Line, working on 40+ high/mid ropes elements and a multitude of low elements. The large array of different activities will successfully keep every day dynamic and fun..

Mountain Biking Instructor
With 400+ acres of adventure and over 8 miles of trails of varying degrees of difficulty, IHC’s MTB program has it all. We have a terrain/play park where you’ll introduce skills before heading out to wide introductory trails and finally progressing to our more advanced trails with roots, rocks, hill climbs and downhills. All the terrain you’ll need to maintain your skills while helping others gain theirs packed into one beautiful place.
You’ll work together to build a series of lesson plans and then put them into action over the summer. The mountain biking team falls under our wider Outdoor Adventure program so you’ll have a larger team and plenty of other opportunities that come with the job!

Boating Instructor
We have a beautiful 35 acre, spring fed natural lake and there’s no We have a beautiful 35 acre, spring fed natural lake and there’s no better way to spend your summer days than Kayaking, Canoeing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. The boating team consists of 6-8 staff. As a boating instructor you are responsible for teaching campers the basics skills associated with Kayaking, Canoeing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding all while having an amazing time on the lake. As Campers play, your ultimate goal is to keep them safe and make sure they are having fun!
