Trinity Hot Springs in Paradise, Idaho is a historical hot spring resort hosting the deepest and purest source of spring water on Earth as an accessible club resort open to community membership & visitors from near and far. We operate year-round for Soaking, Lodging, Camping, & Spa Sessions. As a small resort, we function as a tight team that works hard to support our guest's experience.

We are seeking reliable team members who enjoy mountain life, communal living, and working autonomously. We pride ourselves on being a health and wellness club and aim to find employees who exemplify that lifestyle! There are a variety of shared housing options available for our full time staff members. Space for RVs/campers/vans/tents are available upon request. Basic food staples are provided.

Housekeeper

We are Hiring Full Time and Part Time Housekeepers to Support Stewardship of Our Beautiful Remote Hot Spring Resort in central Idaho - (2hrs from Boise or Sun Valley). We are also Hiring Part Time (predominantly weekend) Massage Therapists (Ideal Candidates will have ability to do both!) Positions may be Seasonal or Long Term.

We are hiring Licenced Massage Therapists for occational weekends, semi-regularly - up to  Full Time for 'the season' (when supplementing hours to reach FT with other roles onsite.)
Certified Bodyworkers, Yoga Instructors, and other Wellness Providers are encouraged to apply and share with us their potential offerings but we do not have substantial demand for other more diverse wellness practitioners or part time staff to receive housing onsite.

Landscape/Labor

We are hiring a Landscape Labor Crew that is separate from the Daily Resort Operations.  The Labor Crew do Not need to participate directly with guest services but do need to represent the resort respectfully and support the operations crew and guest experience with a positive presence. 


The Labor Crew will be working on Landscape Projects during the weekdays (Mon-Thurs) and crew members can participate in weekly rotations as fits their scheduling. 

 

Projects include: 

  • Clearing & Cleaning Campsites

  •  Clearing Land for Campsite Development

  • Weeding, Moving Rocks, 

  • Digging Ditches

  • Moving Debris Piles

  • Clearing Land to Build a Wall

  • Support Loading Logs to Transport to Local Mill

  • Building Picnic Tables with Milled Wood

  • Improve Pond and Surrounding Wetlands

  • Support Pool Clean Procedures as Needed
